How an inspection works
Order the inspection
Send us the employee's name, the address of stay during sick leave and the approved outing schedule. An e-mail or phone call is enough.

Our inspector verifies that the employee is present at the address stated in the sick-leave certificate. Checks are conducted correctly and discreetly.

What if the employee violates the treatment regime?
If an inspection proves the employee is not staying at the registered address or not following the prescribed regime, the employer may, based on the documented violation:
- withhold income compensation — under Act No. 462/2003 Coll. the employee's entitlement to compensation ceases from the day of the violation,
- draw labour-law consequences in line with the Labour Code,
- use our documentation as evidence in a dispute or audit.
The mere existence of an inspection system acts preventively — sick-leave abuse drops significantly once employees know checks actually happen.
